PANANG RAINBOW CURRY WITH GROUPER
I recently went and enjoyed a wonderful lunch at Mosa. I started out with the Steamed Potstickers. These delectable dumplings were filled with marinated chicken, scallions, and ginger. They were served with soy dipping sauce and I was lucky enough to try the extra hot version. It was nice to have a choice of dips to alternate between bites.
For my lunch entrée, I decided to try the Panag Rainbow Curry special with Grouper. The fish was lightly breaded in a sweet yet spicy sauce. Plenty of perfectly cooked veggies were also served with the grouper, including zucchini, baby corn, carrots, and snow peas. I highly recommend this dish to anyone who is willing to try a non-traditional curry with a nice twist.
If you like sushi, you can get your fix Thursday night at Mosa’s location at 850 South White Station. Only on Thursday nights can you enjoy a variety of sushi rolls along with great wine and beer specials. House wine and premium beers are $2.50 and regular beers are $2.00.
For more information on Sushi night, just call 901.683.8889.
There is also another Mosa Asian Bistro. It’s located at 1825 Kirby Parkway. The phone number to call with questions is 901.755.6755.
